Since our event is 22 and under as of January 1, 2026 we need to verify that all exhibitors are of appropriate age, also our showmanship classes are broken down by age, so verification for those are needed as well, thank you.

Yes, late entries are allowed, with a late fee. All entries will close daily at 8am. Show starts at 9am daily.
We will post show schedule/class/division listing by 8pm the night prior to showday.
No, commercial heifers are not allowed to compete for Supreme Champion.
There are outdoor lights only. There is no power at the barns, so if you need power for fitting please bring your generators, extension cords and lights if you will be fitting outside of normal daylight hours.
No, we do not sell shavings on site, there are two local feed stores in town just 5 minutes away.
No, you don't have to book a stall/pen, you can keep your animals at in your trailer overnight, there is a $50 fee, please be sure to add that Show/Stall at Trailer fee in your entry at Showman.app. Fitting areas as allowed, please be respectful of your neighbor and space. Please DO NOT place any bedding (shavings/straw) down on the gravel parking lot for any reason....if weather is permitting and parking is available in the dirt area you are welcome to do so, we ask the shavings/bedding ONLY be placed in the Covered/Uncovered pens. We will also not allow shavings/bedding in either of the Premier Fitting Spaces.
Pens must be stripped clean after use, pens left uncleaned will be issued a fine of $100 and will be deducted from premium winnings or sent an invoice.

Yes, exhibitors will be assigned/required to wear back numbers.
Yes, dogs are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times. We ask that NO dogs enter the main show arena, including the covered fitting areas.
No, membership of CYLA California Youth Livestock Association is not required to compete at our jackpot.
Event fees and entry fees are non-refundable.

No, at this time with our cattle, sheep and goat numbers we don't have the capacity to add in a swing/hog show.
Smoking is NOT allowed in the arena or barn area.
Yes, we are booked for the last full weekend in January 2026. January 24th & 25th, 2026. Cattle, Sheep, Goats & Hogs!!!
Premium winnings will be mailed out approximately 14 days after the event, for anyone winning more than $600 we will require a completed W9 form, which will be available at the office. Winning checks will be made payable to the exhibitor that won.
Payout premiums will be mailed to winners within 14 days of event. Several days after the event we will post a listing of all premiums won by exhibitor to our website, https://triplecrownshowdownlivestock.com/, these will be available for audit for 7 days prior to payments being issued, it is the responsibility of every exhibitor/parent to review for accuracy, once the audit period closes there will be no changes/edits to premium payouts.
Classic Barrel Racing, LLC is our production company, which is running Triple Crown Showdown, winnings will be paid to you from our Classic Barrel Racing checking account, by next year we will have Triple Crown Showdown set up as it's own entity.
